Procedures & Rules

Alabama Theatre Season Pass, remember the more you use it the more you save! With a Season Pass you are entitled to:

• An initial ticket to ICONIC,
• Initial ticket to The South’s Grandest Christmas Show (including weekends)
• A ticket to a Guest Artist Concert of your choice

The Season Pass runs from January 1st to December 31st each year (see below for New Year’s Eve details).

You can make subsequent unlimited visits to ICONIC and The South’s Grandest Christmas Show for a nominal $8 service charge per ticket (Monday through Thursday performances on for Christmas, not including Thanksgiving). *Tickets for the New Year’s Eve Late Show and additional weekend Christmas Shows will be offered to Season Pass holders at special rates depending on seat location.

Please call (843) 272.1111 or (800) 342.2262 to reserve your seats. You may obtain a ticket at the Box Office the night of a performance, subject to seat availability. Season Pass Holders are eligible for VIP seating to all shows and concerts when reservations are made at least 24 hours in advance of the performance time. VIP seating is subject to availability and will become limited for popular Guest Artists, ICONIC and The South’s Grandest Christmas Show dates.

Your admission tickets will be available at the Will Call window beginning an hour before showtime. Tickets cannot be issued early due to past abuse of policies. Each Season Pass Holder attending the show must present a photo ID when picking up tickets. If multiple Season Pass Holders are part of a reservation, all Pass Holders must present a photo ID to receive their tickets. Your Season Pass is non-transferable and is for your use only.

*Kids Free Promotions: Kids are free in March & April and from Memorial Day to Labor Day for ICONIC. Each Season Pass Holder can utilize this offer one time during the offer periods and is entitled to a total of two kids (age 16 & under) free during the year.
