John Ware

John Ware has many years of experience playing electric and acoustic guitars. Arriving in Myrtle Beach from the Washington, DC area, where he is also known for playing the banjo, ukulele, and mandolin in many Broadway touring shows. During this time John had the opportunity to play at The Kennedy Center, National Theater, Ford’s Theater, The Hippodrome and Blues Alley. John has been fortunate enough to tour North America, Europe, the Caribbean and even Taiwan for the ‘Guitarists From East to West’ concert. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Guitar and Jazz Guitar Performance from Shepherd University. Plus a Master’s Degree in Jazz Guitar Performance at the University of Maryland. John also teaches Applied Guitar and Music Theory at Francis Marion University in Florence, SC.
